the location was acceptable. it was close enough to the attractions i wanted to see.

the breakfast service was disappointing. the plates were cold , despite there being an oven meant to warm them. also , i often had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for cutlery to be restocked. it seemed understaffed during peak hours.

the room was clean and it matched the pictures posted online. i found the front desk staff was friendly and available when i needed them. i'm happy about it.

the cooked breakfast wasnt good at all, i thought. the plates were cold even though there was an oven and the food was cold as well. the coffee machine was also broken, so this was very dissapointing.

i really liked how the rooms were spacious. the kitchenette was a great addition and so useful. the staff were friendly and really helpful. i found the location great for accessing the city centre. what a bonus!

the hot food was poor. the scrambled eggs were cold, what a bummer! i waited over 20 minutes for them to refill it. there were not enough coffee sachets and tea which was frustrating, and the shower steamed up super fast.
